Introductory Mindfulness Class
White Swan Holistic Health takes its name from my life-long connection to the Swan, as a symbol of inner peace, balance and commitment.
Swan represents the power to invite healing and transformation in one’s life, and navigate the currents of life with grace.
The ‘two wings’ of White Swan Holistic Health are the modalities of Acupuncture and Mindfulness. My emphasis is on restoring balance so the natural processes of healing can optimally unfold and be maintained.

The two wings of Acupuncture and Mindfulness help your life to unfold in line with your own deepest wishes for greater happiness and well-being.
I offer individual sessions for acupuncture or no-needle acupuncture,
and Mindfulness Training for individuals, groups and organizations.
I have been an acupuncture patient of Dr. Cole’s for years. She is a knowledgeable, clear-seeing and compassionate healer, with the high-level skill to match her deep understanding of how we patients can help to heal ourselves.

My approach is a weaving of East and West: a tapestry of my training in Family Medicine, Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, Mindfulness, Education, and many wisdom and healing traditions from North America, Tibet, Africa, and China.
Each individual is already whole – everything you need you already have. My role is to support and encourage your health initiatives, through attention to the basic elements of self-care, the foundations for healing and prevention: diet, exercise and positive life-giving attitudes.
